Yep, the curb appeal.

Now, I'm sure you've heard this before, but you really have to understand the importance of curb appeal. Many times, buyers don't even walk through a home that doesn't look cleaned up from the outside. But when they pull up, you want them to be begging to go inside.

There are some simple tricks that can save you money and actually maximize your return on your investment.

For example, utilizing black bark, and adding a few flowers or plants can add a pop of color, and make the ugly old yard turn from frumpy to fabulous. Or maybe you're wondering if the outside needs a new paint job.

Have you considered just painting the door and the trim? Many times, that alone can spruce up the outer appearance and make it look as though the entire home has had a fresh coat of paint, and it'll save you a lot of money.

Did you know that if you water down the concrete or pavement right before pictures, it will enhance the photos and make the home pop even more. Also, be sure to trim up the trees, the plants, landscaping and those dried up roses, because if you've got so many trees that it hides the home, well, you're gonna be losing out on buyers.

Lastly, be sure that all your exterior lights are working and the home is well lit up at night. Buyers like to drive through, and check out the neighborhood at night. So, light up your home. We've got so many more tricks to show you to ensure that once we get a buyer to see your home, that they'll more likely want to buy it.
